1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Finclir you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18.
2. What Finclir is, and is not
Finclir is a tool to organize and understand your own financial information. It is not a bank, broker, insurer, or licensed investment advisor or pension marketer, and nothing in it is investment, tax, legal, or financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Scores such as Credit Assurance and the Fairness Index are internal estimates built from the data you provide; they are not credit-bureau scores and do not predict or guarantee any lender's decision. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
3. Your account
Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you enter or upload. Access may currently be invitation-based, and the person who invited you may revoke your access.
4. Data accuracy and third-party sources
Figures come from what you enter, documents you upload (read with AI, which can make mistakes), Open Banking data, and public sources such as exchange rates and fund data. They may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Review everything before relying on it.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, prices, and any free trial are shown at signup and on the pricing section of our site. Payments are processed by Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the system, scrape it, reverse-engineer it, upload unlawful or malicious content, or use it to break the law. We may suspend access for violations.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of your data and documents. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display them solely to operate the service for you, including sending them to the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for reliability but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, add, or remove features and may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finclir is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or financial decisions you make based on the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You can stop using Finclir and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service or other users.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights where you live. Contact: support@finclir.com.
